Freedom writers
Freedom Writers is a movie directed by Richard La Gravenese that tells us story about a teacher named Erin Gruwell (Hilary Swank). Freedom writers succeeded in raising the theme of racissm with a flowing message, presenting the true story faced by american teenagers who had to survive amidst the raging racist war. Freedom writers raised an incident in 1994, where Erin Gruwell, played by Hilary swank, was a new teacher who taught english at woodrow wilson middle school in long beach. Woodrow wilson middle school is an outstanding school, but it has changed since the racial riots in america in 1992, because the school had carry out a nulti-racial integration program which required the school to accommodate students who were victims of racial gang violent.
